Refund Policy

Eligibility of Returns

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition and in original packaging. 

  • Exceptions: Custom orders may not be returned. 

Return Process

  • Initiate: Email us at Havalina@6dArt.com with your order number and reason for return. 

  • Instructions: We'll provide instructions for sending your item back. 

  • Shipping: We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.  You are responsible for return shipping costs in most other cases.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you. 

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 days. 

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective/damaged items.
